Instructions
- 1
Line a standard 12-hole muffin tin with paper liners.
- 2
Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin. Mix with melted butter until evenly combined.
- 3
Divide crumb mixture into muffin tin holes and press firmly to create bases.

Pour in cream and beat 2–3 minutes until mixture becomes fluffy like frosting.
- 6
Spoon filling over prepared bases, smoothing tops. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or freeze 30 minutes for a quicker set (Note 5).
- 7
Whip cream with sugar until soft peaks form. Pipe or dollop onto chilled cheesecakes.
- 8
Warm Nutella in a ziplock bag (15 seconds in microwave), snip corner, and drizzle over cheesecakes. (Note 6)
- 9
Serve cold. Store in fridge until ready to serve (Note 7).

Recipe Notes
Use Oreos whole with filling for the base. Substitutes: 1 cup Graham Cracker crumbs, Arnott’s Marie, or digestive crackers with added butter and sugar.
Ensure cream is heavy whipping cream that can be whipped, not pouring cream.
Nutella drizzle enhances flavour and appearance since only limited Nutella can be incorporated in the filling while maintaining texture.
If using a stand mixer, fit paddle attachment for smooth blending.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving. For faster setting, freeze for 30 minutes.
Nutella can also be microwaved in a bowl and drizzled with a spoon instead of piping.
Best served chilled. Will hold shape for about 1 hour at 20°C/70°F. Keep refrigerated if warmer.
