Instructions

    Cut puff pastry into 4 pieces and place on baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes until puffed and golden. Remove and set aside.

Recipe Notes

  • Marsala adds depth of flavour similar to sweet port or sherry. Substitute with port, dry sherry, or white wine (add sugar or honey if using white wine).
